Yoon Eun Hye memulai debutnya di dunia entertaiment Korea sebagai salah satu dari anggota Girl band Baby Fox sejak tahun 1999 hingga tahun 2005. Karirnya di dunia akting mulai menanjak sejak dia bermain dalam drama Princess Hours bersama Jo Ji Hoon.
Meskipun sering mendapatkan kritik mengenai aktinya tidak menghalangi Yoon Eun Hye untuk mendapatkan berbagai penghargaan dari dunia akting. Dramanya yang paling hits adalah Princess Hours dan Coffe Prince.
Saat ini Yoon Eun Hye sedang berperan sebagai Na Mi Rae dalam drama Marry Hin If You Dare bersama Lee Dong Gun, Jung Yong Hwa dan Han Chae Ah.
